Use it to separate everyday email—not to harm others
By using this site, you agree to these service boundaries. Disposable email and forwarding aliases help reduce address exposure; they are not a way to evade the law, platform rules, or account responsibility.
Automation is restricted
Do not affect other users or our infrastructure through bulk requests, rate-limit bypasses, or address probing.
Senders are responsible for content
We do not create third-party email content or endorse attachment safety, transaction promises, or external links.
Access may be suspended or terminated
When we detect abuse, we may limit requests, delete aliases, terminate access, and preserve necessary evidence as required by law.

Service and liability boundaries
The table below is not a shortcut around liability. It helps you identify where you need your own fallback. If a task cannot tolerate an expired address or a single delivery failure, do not rely solely on disposable email.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using TempLetter, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
You must meet the minimum age required to enter into the relevant agreement where you live and comply with local law. If you disagree, you must stop using disposable email, forwarding aliases, and the dashboard.
2. Service description
We provide temporary inboxes that expire automatically and forwarding aliases available after login. Features may include address generation, email reading, expiration extensions, alias pausing, 30-day archives, and optional two-step verification.
We may adjust limits and interfaces for security, performance, or regulatory reasons, while avoiding changes that unjustifiably undermine the core purpose. The lifecycles and capacities shown on the site reflect current rules and are not promises that they will remain unchanged forever.
3. Temporary email rules
Temporary addresses are for low-risk, short-term tasks. They are not suitable as the sole recovery email for banking, healthcare, government, employment, or important accounts. Once an address expires, you may no longer be able to receive mail or recover its history.
Copy any necessary verification codes, links, or files before the address expires. Do not try to guess, steal, or share another person’s email access token.
4. Forwarding account rules
You sign in by controlling the verification code sent to your real email address and are responsible for aliases created in that session. Protect your login email, browser tokens, and two-step verification keys. Do not rent your account to abusers.
Pausing an alias discards future incoming mail, and deleting an alias is generally irreversible. Forwarding may also be affected if your real mailbox becomes unavailable, reaches its quota, or rejects mail. Keep your destination mailbox up to date.
5. Fair use and technical limits
Do not use scripts to bypass the frontend, interface rate limits, alias quotas, lifecycles, or security checks. High-frequency polling, address enumeration, resource exhaustion, and unauthorized load testing are prohibited.
We may limit requests, attachments, or accounts based on system load, spam risk, and fair-use needs. Limits are intended to protect normal users and keep the service running.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use this site for fraud, phishing, harassment, stalking, threats, infringement, malware distribution, or any unlawful activity. Do not use temporary addresses to mass-bypass platform bans, age restrictions, payment obligations, or one-time offer rules.
Do not impersonate our staff, forge support messages, or claim that TempLetter guarantees third-party transactions or content. When we detect a clear risk, we may block an address or related network requests.
7. Email and third-party content
Emails are created by external senders, and their text, links, and attachments do not represent our views. Even when an email appears in a restricted reading frame, watch for attempts to make you enter a password, download software, or transfer money.
We do not control third-party website availability, account policies, or privacy practices. Disputes caused by a third party rejecting temporary email, suspending an account, or changing a link must be resolved between you and that third party.
8. Intellectual property
Protected elements of this site’s interface, branding, original copy, and code belong to their lawful rights holders. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service for personal or internal business purposes.
You retain rights to content you lawfully own, but you must not upload material you are not authorized to process. Sending suggestions to our support team does not transfer rights in your other works, but allows us to use product suggestions free of charge when they contain no confidential information.
9. Suspension and termination
If credible evidence indicates conduct that violates these terms or harms the system or others, we may immediately limit requests, suspend aliases, or terminate access. Emergency security action may occur without prior notice.
You may stop using temporary addresses, delete aliases, and sign out of your account. Termination does not affect legal responsibilities incurred before termination or retract emails already delivered to third-party mailboxes.
10. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We perform reasonable maintenance, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free operation, or that any particular email will arrive or any attachment will remain complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Critical operations that cannot accept this risk should use an email service with an SLA and backup systems.
11. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss, unrecoverable accounts, or indirect or consequential damages. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains in place as required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement of others’ rights, or breach of these terms. This clause does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Changes, governing rules, and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to features, security, or the law and will state the effective date on this page. Continued use after material changes take effect means you accept the update; if you disagree, stop using the service.
Disputes should first be discussed in good faith through support@templetter.com and handled under applicable mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules. When contacting us, describe the issue and relevant time, but do not send your email password or unnecessary sensitive information.
