How long does a disposable email last?

Will the address change if I refresh the page?
As long as the current address has not expired, your browser will try to restore it and its original countdown. A new email is created only after expiration, invalidation, or when you choose a new address.
Why are there two emails in the inbox to begin with?
The Instagram verification code and Zoom meeting reminder are clickable fictional demos that show how reading works. After the first real message arrives, the demo list is replaced by the real inbox.
Can I use a disposable email to register an important account?
We do not recommend it. Disposable email is not suitable for accounts that require long-term access, billing, support, or password recovery. Use an address you control continuously for those services.
Does the web inbox require signup?
